It has been a while since Arcadio has played. There were some big events going on which have kept us from doing so.

Our last show was on 21 Aug. Towards the end of Sep, Morgan got married which took up lots of time. After that, the honeymoon followed.

Once Morgan got back, Arcadio began practicing up because we want to play more shows. Sure enough, as soon as we booked one, we realized it is the day after Chris gets back from a 2 week trip to South Africa! We are confident he can pull it off, but what dedication.

Furthermore, Denise got into the CIA program where she will be faced with many excruciating mental and physical challenges including waterboarding but excluding electrified testicles...because she doesn't have those. We are in negotiations to make sure she can't leave the band. We've always thought of her as the icing on the cake, and our sound isn't anything without her.

Scott got a new bass amp which we are all excited about. It seems like this has been in the works since we first started! The new sound is really good and we couldn't be more happy with how solid our newer songs are coming out.

So there you have it--our next show (first show in 114 days) will be on 12 Dec at our favorite Make-Out Room in SF's Mission District. Please come join us at 7pm for stiff and cheap drinks and some great tunes. After us will be a set by Whitey on the Moon, which will be their last show in a long time due to the singer traveling.
